Corolla Pool and Spa Cleaning Service
We service private pools and rental pools in Corolla, NC. From Pine Island to the end of the road.
Service Agreements:
We offer yearly fixed rate service agreements with equal monthly payments to help you budget for the year. Our service agreements are tailored to each individual property.
Service App:
We use a robust software platform that allows us to keep records of everything we do and see on site. We take photos every visit and store them in the cloud indefinitely. This visit history can be sent to owners and management companies when needed. It can even be automated for those who would like a report every time we service a property.
Our Methods:
Water Balance - We use the LSI (Langelier Saturation Index) as our chemical foundation. This measure allows us to concisely control water balance while using the least amount of chemicals.

Testing - We us a bluetooth enabled electronic photometer that measures 7 different chemicals in our pools. This data is sent to our service app where the correct dosages are calculated for our techs.

Enzymes and Phosphates - Using NSF 50 rated weekly enzymes and phosphate removers we are able to keep pools crystal clear. We never use clarifiers or algaecide, which often add unwanted, and unremovable byproducts to the water.

Salt Water - We convert all of our pools to salt water. This allows us to control the chlorine levels more precisely while keeping them lower. This also allows us to reduce the build up of CYA, cyanuric acid (aka stabilizer). This chemical is heavily used in chlorine tabs (the white hockey pucks of chlorine) and it reduces the efficiency of chlorine.

Automation - Automation and wifi apps are becoming more affordable. We upgrade the majority of our rental pool heaters to a wifi controlled system. This allows us to monitor and turn on/off the heaters (as well as other parts of the pool system). This can prevent those 6 pm service calls of renters deciding at check in the pool is cold. With the flick of a switch from our smart phones we can fire up that heater. It also keeps up to date with equipment alarms that are sent to us night and day.

Service Calls - Even for non rental pools things go wrong. We gaurauntee an in person response within 24 hours of any call (assuming we aren't in the middle of a hurricane!)
